To manage the operation of the store, based on store concept, merchandising and marketing plan, maximizing sales and maintaining high standards of customer service while maintaining minimum cost levels.
Full responsibility for all store operations and store performance. Currently, the company is faced with increasing competition from other stores. In order to retain customers attract new ones and earn profit, operational efficiency and quality of service and people are critical. In addition, the store manager’s responsibility includes establishing and maintaining low-cost levels, effective shrink management and proper implementation of operational guidelines. Key interfaces with Marketing (in-store visual merchandising, promotions) and Merchandising (space management and pricing).
Responsible for all administrative and day to day store operational decisions. Decides staff works allocation, scheduling and training. Responsible for achieving budgeted sales turnover, cost-saving and profits.
Graduation degree. Specific retail training or on-the-job training. Good understanding of various operational procedures and systems in a store. Administrative and people management skills. Ability to remain abreast to market trends. Minimum 5 years retail experience. Previous experience in store management is necessary, preferably in large stores covering a wide range of products.
